Where can I buy NOX bikes?

You can find all NOX points of sale under dealers. Basically, if there is sufficient availability, you can also order all models directly from us online. The delivery is made to a NOX Click & Collect partner, so that you have a competent contact person for accessories, services and complaints in your area.

Where can I see NOX bikes and test ride them?

Most NOX Official Dealers always have a few models in store for you to check out. Test rides must be requested in advance. During the bike season, Nox Cycles is represented at various European bike events where the latest models can be tested free of charge. If our test fleet is not on an event trip, the bikes are available to you in Schlitters, Austria, for short or extensive test rides. A prior request/registration at testcenter@noxcycles.com is mandatory. You can also find our test center partners in our Dealer Locator.

Who do I contact with complaints and technical problems?

First you must provide the product you are claiming warranty for, together with the original purchase receipt, to the authorized NOX CYCLES retailer where you purchased it. The dealer takes care of the initial assessment and can usually help you immediately. In the case of difficult warranty cases, the dealer will contact the NOX CYCLES Service Team or the relevant component manufacturer as a second step.

How many years warranty and guarantee do I get?

In principle, the 2-year statutory warranty applies.

From model year 2021 you have the option of taking out a Lifetime Warranty including a Crash Replacement Service for your NOX frame. This additional manufacturer's warranty costs a one-off fee of EUR 89.00 and requires you to register your bike at noxcycles.com/warranty. The warranty applies to you as the first buyer for as long as you own your NOX bike.

I have an older NOX model - which guarantee applies to me?

For NOX frames from model year 2020 and older, the statutory warranty and a voluntary manufacturer's warranty of 3 years from the date of purchase apply. This warranty applies only to the first rightful owner and is not transferable. You can download the full warranty policy here.

Does the warranty also apply if I bought the bike used?

No, the warranty only applies to the first owner. If you are the second or later owner of a NOX bike, you are entitled to the statutory warranty from the date of original purchase.

What about the warranty for original parts and components?

Original parts or components are protected by the warranty of the respective part or component manufacturer and a complaint must be made to the respective manufacturer via your specialist dealer. The NOX Lifetime Warranty only applies to the NOX frame.

What is the NOX CYCLES Crash Replacement?

Within the NOX Lifetime Warranty, we offer you a crash replacement service for your frame, which takes effect in the event of accident or fall damage that is not covered by the warranty and impairs the functionality of your NOX bike or makes it impossible. In such cases, you have the option of having your frame replaced with a new frame at a greatly reduced price.

What does Lifetime Warranty mean?

The additional lifetime manufacturer's guarantee on your frame applies as long as you own your NOX bike as the first buyer. Furthermore, the term “lifetime” refers to the lifespan of the product, in this case your frame.
