Where can I buy NOX Bikes?
All NOX Stores can be found under Dealer. Basically you can also order all models directly online from us. In this case, bikes will be delivered to a NOX Click & Collect partner so that you have a competent contact person for accessories, services and complaints in your area. In addition, you can also go to any dealer of your choice who can also receive our bikes for you as a new NOX customer.


Where can I see and test NOX bikes? 

The majority of NOX dealers always have some models in their shops for inspection. Test rides must be requested in advance. Throughout the bike season Nox Cycles is present at various European bike events where the latest models can be tested. If our test fleet is not on an event excursion, the bikes are at your disposal for extensive test rides in Zell am Ziller, Austria. A previous inquiry/registration under testcenter@noxcycles.com is necessary. 


Are the delivery times stated in the shop binding?

The delivery times stated are non-binding estimated delivery times based on the delivery statements of our suppliers. If there is going to be a delay, we will inform you in time.


How long is the warranty on NOX Bikes?

In general a warranty period of 2 years applies. You can find more information in our Warranty conditions.


What is the possibility after the warranty period has expired or in the event of an accident?

If the frame is damaged after the warranty period has expired or by an accident in such a way that it can no longer be ridden and there is a safety risk, we offer a three-year Crash Replacement Service (CRS). After checking, we grant a 40% discount on the regular selling price of the same or an equivalent replacement frame. You can find more information under Crash Replacement.


What happens if my bike needs service or repair?

If you purchased your bike from a NOX dealer or Click & Collect partner and it is still under warranty, please contact them first. If you received your bike directly from Nox Cycles, please contact our service first. In principle, any repair within the warranty period can also be carried out by a regular dealer. For this purpose, however, the costs must be confirmed in advance by our service department. Expenses incurred without prior confirmation by our service can not be refunded.


Special case BROSE System:

Is there a certain service on the Brose drive system that needs to be carried out? 

It is recommended to perform a service every 15,000 kilometers. A BROSE service is not free of charge. If the drive belt of the engine is defective during a service life of 15,000 km, it will be replaced free of charge.

Who is the first point of contact when it comes to BROSE service? 

At the moment we are working on a comprehensive BROSE dealer network where service and repair work can be carried out in the future. Until then, we or your NOX dealer will remain your first point of contact if you want to carry out a service.
