Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), France (except overseas territories and departments), Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European territories), Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom (except Channel Islands).

Shipping costs for bicycles/forwarding
(including statutory VAT)

For the shipment of complete bicycles, we charge € 59.00 for forwarding.

For delivery to German islands, an island surcharge of € 30.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

Shipping costs for small parts/parcelled goods
(including statutory VAT)

• Deliveries to Austria: € 6.00
• Deliveries to Germany: € 8.00
• Deliveries to all other countries mentioned above: € 12.00

Delivery of bicycles/shipping by forwarding agent

If no other period is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of bicycles will take place within:

14-28 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

There is no forwarding delivery on weekends and public holidays. Bicycles are produced according to order. The delivery time may be longer than stated depending on production capacity and material availability. You can check the status of your order in your customer account. Bicycles are only delivered by Click & Collect to the selected NOX Click & Collect partner. Small parts cannot be ordered together with a bicycle due to the different delivery procedure. 

Delivery of small parts/parcelled goods

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, parcelled goods will be delivered within:

• Deliveries to Germany and Austria: 2-3 working days
• Deliveries to all other countries mentioned above: 3-5 working days

Small parts/parcelled goods cannot be ordered together with a bicycle due to the different delivery procedure.

Accepted payment methods:

• PayPal or PayPal pay later
• Immediate bank transfer
• Giropay

For bicycles additionally: 

• Bike leasing Germany: Jobrad, Bikeleasing, Business Bike, Deutsche Dienstrad
• Bike leasing Austria: Jobrad, Bikeleasing (upon request via contact form)
• Prepayment by bank transfer
