Lifetime Battery Warranty

As the first e-bike manufacturer, we offer a lifetime warranty on BMZ batteries (UR-V10 from 820 Wh).


How it works:

  • Register your bike & battery – within 90 days of purchase.

  • Annual battery check – at a NOX service partner.

  • New battery at 70% capacity – free replacement!

Lifetime Frame Warranty

Your NOX high-performance aluminum frame is built for demanding trails and extreme conditions. However, should a structural material or workmanship defect occur, we offer a 10-year warranty on the entire frame—beyond the statutory warranty period. This means that in the event of a warranty claim, we will repair your frame free of charge or replace it with a new one.

Crash Replacement Service

Accidents happen. We know how much you love your NOX and how frustrating it is when frame damage isn’t covered by a warranty. That’s why, as part of the NOX Lifetime Warranty, we offer an additional Crash Replacement Service (CRS) for damage caused by accidents or crashes. In such cases, you have the option to have your frame repaired by us or replaced at a significantly reduced price—so you can get back on your bike as quickly as possible.

The CRS is available for a one-time fee of €89—simply purchase it in the NOX online shop and register within 90 days of purchase. You can find the full terms of the Crash Replacement Service here.
